Foundation

The Two Rivers Council Foundation was incorporated in November 1989 as a 501 (c)(3) to support programs that benefit the poor by identifying their needs, providing goods and services, and financial aid subject to the Internal Revenue Code (560) and to provide gifts, grants or loans to other organizations in their efforts to assist the poor or aid in the development, redevelopment or renewal of communities within the region.
