It is time for applications for the 2024 Francis L. Snyder Memorial Scholarship and we would appreciate your help in spreading the word to potential students in the area.

This scholarship is in memory of Francis Snyder, a former employee of Two Rivers Regional Council. Ms. Snyder worked with the community for 20 years. A total of $5,000 is available annually in $1,250 awards in each county of Adams, Brown, Pike and Schuyler. Scholarships are for income eligible residents accepted at an accredited Illinois educational institution for the fall. Funds may be applied toward tuition, fees, books, supplies, lab costs or room and board.
