At Two Rivers Regional Council, we provide WIOA services to empower job seekers and employers by connecting people with the training, education, and support they need to thrive in today's workforce. Whether you're an individual looking to upskill, a youth exploring career paths, or a business seeking qualified talent, WIOA services provide personalized guidance, funding for training, and access to a network of resources, all at no cost. Youth

Eligible individuals aged 17-24 may receive a wide range of job assistance and training services.

Adult

Income eligible individuals aged 18 and older may receive adult services, including job assistance and training.

Dislocated Workers

Dislocated workers are individuals who have been laid off due to plant closure or mass layoff or are unemployed through no fault of their own, and may be eligible to receive services similar to those offered to Adults.

Business Services
