Friday, November 18th from 10 am – 2 pm, Two Rivers Regional Council of Public Officials will host a Computer Lab Open House with representatives from the Illinois Housing Development Authority at our 107 North 3rd Street Office in Quincy to answer questions, offer assistance, and provide computer and internet access to residents of Illinois. Anyone wanting to apply in TRRC service Counties of Adams, Brown, Pike and Schuyler are encouraged to attend. Clients will need to complete the application themselves however staff will be on hand to assist applicants.
If someone has already applied, we can check their status for them and explain the process the application goes through.
