Two Rivers Regional Council of Public Officials (TRRC) is seeking proposals from qualified accounting firms to provide annual audit services for a three-year period beginning with the fiscal year ending 2026. The engagement includes an annual financial audit conducted in accordance with GAAP, an OMB Single Audit, preparation of IRS Form 990 for the affiliated Two Rivers Council Foundation, required tax filings, internal control review, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
Proposals must be submitted by March 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST.
