Dear TRRCOPO, Labor Day has passed which means we are heading into cooler weather soon. I know that we all hate to think about that, but it is a part of living in the Midwest. Fortunately, our agency has funding available to help with utilities. Keep reading for information on how to obtain assistance for energy bills. Sincerely, TRRC Team
