Job Search -
One of the key components of finding a job is knowing where to look. In the Job Search segment of this Career Workshop we
cover all of the
ways and places to look for a job. Special consideration is given to
Internet Job Search in this segment.
Resume Writing
- If you don't have a résumé then you definitely want to make it
to the Job Club to get help writing one. If you
do have a résumé then
we have trained professionals that can help critique and suggest ways
to improve your résumé.
Interviewing
- You found the job you want and you sent a résumé and now you
have an interview, but now what do you do? We have the information
available to help you nail that interview and land that job you're
looking for to continue your career. We'll set up a mock interview for
you so you can be well prepared to answer most of the questions that
the interviewer might ask during the interview.
Job Search Follow-Up - Once you have an interview for a job the work isn't over. Following up on a job prospect is one of the most important steps in finding employment, so let us help you increase your chances of getting that job by teaching you the things you'll need to do to properly follow up on a job prospect.
Career Development - The most important thing to remember about finding a job is "It's Your Future". There is more to a good job than just going to work and getting paid. This segment is designed to help you understand how to properly plan out your career and be successful in today's job market.
